Traditional Education vs Online Education Debate Text

   I select a debate topic and This post i am writing debate text about online education or traditional education which one is better. 

Let's Start to debate speech:

First Group : support traditional education (classic schools) 

Second Group: support online education (online courses)  

                                            

                        

-    Moderator say that:

Hello guys, welcome to debate. Today we have two groups and they will argue that online or traditional education which one is better for us? First group support traditional education second group support online education. Also, I want to say that this topic is controversial because of that both groups can right for their ideas. In extra, if you want to ask questions to group members, you can ask. Or group members can want to learn your ideas. Yes if group members are ready, we can start. Which group wants to start?

Second group say that we can start

                                    Second Group: 

- Hello guys, we are a supporter of online education. Before starting to debate, I want to say that technology improves after the day after and it is in everywhere such as hospitals, our homes, in our pocket (phone) and space. It is in everywhere because it facilitates our life. Well if it facilitates our life, why we don't use technology in education. It provides many advantages. One of these advantages is that Online education provides a flexible schedule. If you don't like to study in the morning or you are a worker, you can study in the evening. On the other hand, you are free for selecting place. For example, you can study at a bus, at a picnic or your home. In extra, you can feel relax because you are in your home, you can eat food or drink coffee on your comfortable chair while you study.

One student wants to ask questions to the second group: You said that you are in your home, you can eat food or drink coffee on your comfortable chair while you study. But I can't study because when I use the computer, I encounter many distractors for example social media distracts me and I waste much time on social media but when I am in class, I don't use social media. What do you think about it?

Second Group:

In my opinion, while we study with computers, we can encounter many distractors.We know that we can't use social media in class but when we are bored in class, our bodies in class our mind is in another place. This situation shows us. People should focus on their lesson Doesn't matter their location. It depends on the person because we have distractors every time everywhere we need self-control. Also, you deceive your break time when you take online education. If you are bored, you can stop it and after break time you can continue.

Moderator: Okay, Please first group tell us What do you think about that and what is traditional education. ?

     First Group: 

-Of course, before saying the benefits of traditional education I want to tell you what is traditional education? 

Traditional education is a very common education type in the world. In general,people use traditional education from primary school to university. In this period, students have real teachers, schools, and friends. Also, books and teachers are at the heart of traditional education. So, it includes soul but I can't see any soul in the online education,

On the other hand, the second group said that online education provides a flexible schedule but we know that many student have a procrastination problem. If we don't have a certain time for studying, this situation can be a problem for us. Also, they said you can everywhere such as, on a bus in a picnic but they don't have opportunities that are in school, for example, swim pool, library, and gyms. The other advantage is that we can meet new people in school and we can be social. However, We can't meet anyone when we use online education.

One student wants to ask a question to the first group:

- You said that "Also, they said you can study everywhere such as, in the bus in a picnic but they don't have opportunities that are in school, for example, swim pool, library and gyms" in my opinion no one is blocking the students that prefer online courses, they have more time to use these opportunities and can use the library and do sporting activities as they wish. What do you think about it?

First Group: 
-Yes,They can do it, but school activities generally cheaper than other or these activities are free.

Moderator: Okay, Please second group tell us What do you think about first group opinions and you say about online education.

                               
 Second Group:

-Yes, maybe school activities generally cheaper than other BUT we know that other school requirements very expensive such as, transportation, accommodation and book cost and their cost are continuous during school life. However, One computer and Internet are enough for online education. Also, we know that students who live in poor countries may don't go to a good university because it is very expensive but if they buy a computer they can take a good lesson from everywhere such as America, England, Turkey, Russia and they take a certificate. Also, I want to say that if you are a traditional student, your choices are limited. For example, if you don't like your teacher or school you can't change it easily but in online education, it is very easy. For that, you can select easily according to your level but in traditional education, it is very hard.

- First Group: 

-The second group said that " One computer and Internet are enough for online education" but it doesn't include face to face communication. That is very bad for students because their socials skills doesn't improve. What do you think about the Second group?

-Second Group:

- Many online classes request a face to face communication for example English classes especially some apps. You select your teacher and you start talking with the teacher. Also, you can meet many people with online classes and they can help you.

-First Group: 
-but they may not like a classmate...

-For us, type of education depends on people personalty because of that if you suitable for online education you should prefer it and we thank first group. This debate very funny for us.
